Specialist Expertise At AXIS

All Physiotherapists at Axis are either APA Musculoskeletal Physiotherapists, or Physiotherapists with a special interest in musculoskeletal injuries. Our particular expertise is in the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of all muscle and joint problems, especially back and neck pain. We have advanced qualifications, specialised knowledge and clinical experience, to employ a wide range of therapies to reduce pain, restore proper movement and prevent further problems. Treatment techniques may include mobilisation, manipulative physiotherapy, stabilisation exercises, general exercises, postural/ergonomic advice and massage. All staff lecture and are regularly involved in clinical trials for the University of Queensland. We also provide Podiatry services, Massage Therapy and Psychology services.
